Trademark means any sign capable of being represented graphically which is capable of distinguishing goods or services of the owner from those of others in the marketplace.
Sign – any letter, word, name, signature, numeral, device, brand, heading, label, ticket, shape of goods or their packaging, color, sound, scent, hologram, positioning, sequence of motion or any combination thereof.

Industrial Design
An industrial design is the shape, configuration, pattern or ornament (or any combination of these features) applied to a finished article. A new and unique design makes a product appealing to the eye and adds to its marketability factor. For your design to be registered, it must be original.
A registered industrial design grants the owner the exclusive rights against unauthorised copying or imitation of the design by third parties.
